<br /> pub. 01/16/97.] (2) Location of district boundaries. The following
<br /> rules shall apply with respect to the boundaries of the
<br /> 10.02 DISTRICTS. The following districts are zoning districts as shown on the zoning district maps:
<br /> established. The number, shape and area are best (a) Where zoning district boundary lines are
<br /> suited to carry out the purposes of this ordinance: indicated as following streets, highways, roads or
<br /> R-1 Residence District. alleys, or extensions thereof, such boundary lines
<br /> R-IA Residence District. shall be construed to be the centerlines of said streets
<br /> R-2 Residence District. or alleys or extensions thereof unless clearly shown to
<br /> R-3 Residence District. the contrary.
<br /> R-3A Residence District. (b) Where a dimensioned boundary line
<br /> R-4 Residence District. coincides approximately but not exactly with a lot
<br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District. line which existed on the effective date of
<br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District. incorporation of such boundary line into the zoning
<br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District. map, the said boundary line shall be construed to be
<br /> RH-4 Rural Homes District. the said lot line at that location.
<br /> RE-1 Recreational District. (c) Streets, highways, roads or alleys which
<br /> B-1 Local Business District. are shown on the zoning district maps and which
<br /> A-1 Agriculture District. heretofore have been vacated, or which may be
<br /> A-1 Agriculture District (Exclusive). vacated hereafter, shall be in the same zoning district
<br /> A-B Agriculture-Business District. as the lots, pieces or parcels abutting both sides of
<br /> A-2 Agriculture District. the street, highway, road or alley involved. If the
<br /> A-3 Agriculture District. lots, pieces or parcels abutting each side of the
<br /> C-1 Commercial District. street, highway, road or alley were located in
<br /> C-2 Commercial District. different zoning districts before the said street or
<br /> LC-1 Limited Commercial District alley was vacated, the centerline of the said vacated
<br /> EXP-1 Exposition District. street or alley shall be the boundary line of the
<br /> M-1 Industrial District. respective zoning districts.
