<br /> 11.07 PERMITTED USES IN THE SHORELAND- the construction and maintenance of piers, docks
<br /> WETLAND AND INLAND-WETLAND DISTRICTS. and walkways built on'pilings;and
<br /> The following uses shall be allowed, subject to (0 Limited excavating and filling necessary for
<br /> general shoreland and-inland zoning regulations in the maintenance, repair, replacement or
<br /> sections 11.01 through 11.05 of this ordinance, the reconstruction of. existing town and county
<br /> provisions of chapters 30, 31 and 33 of the highways and bridges.

<br /> (1)' Activities and uses which do not require the 11.08 USES WHICH ARE ALLOWED IN THE
<br /> issuance of•a zoning permit, said-uses must be SHORELAND-WETLAND AND INLAND=
<br /> carried out without filling, flooding, draining, WETLAND DISTRICTS SUBJECT TO THE
<br /> dredging, ditching;tiling or excavating: ISSUANCE OF A ZONING (LAND USE) PERMIT.
<br /> (a) Hiking, fishing, trapping, hunting, swimming (1) The construction and maintenance of roads
<br /> and boating; which are necessary to conduct silvicultural
<br /> (b) The harvesting of wild crops, such as marsh activities or are necessary for ° agricultural
<br /> hay, ferns, moss, wild rice, berries, tree fruits and cultivation, provided that:
