<br /> 11.015 DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter, (11) Inland-wetlands. These wetlands include all
<br /> the following words and phrases have the wetlands located throughout unincorporated Dane
<br /> meanings indicated: County that are not within the county shoreland
<br /> district, i.e., not located within 1,000 feet from the
<br /> (1) Board of adjustment. The body established ordinary high-water mark of navigable lakes, ponds
<br /> under chapter 59.694, Wisconsin Statutes, for or flowages, and also not located within 300 feet of
<br /> counties and designated board of adjustment. the ordinary high-water mark or landward side of
