17-6 <br /> SUBCHAPTER <br /> GENERAL PROVISIONS 17.12 ESTABLISHMENT. OF DISTRICTS. The <br /> regional floodplain areas are hereby divided into <br /> 17.10 AREAS TO BE REGULATED.
