10.03(2)(b) — (3) <br /> (b) Where a dimensioned boundary line <br /> coincides approximately but not exactly with a lot <br /> line which existed on the effective date of <br /> incorporation of such boundary line into the <br /> zoning map, the said boundary line shall be <br /> construed to be the said lot line at that location. <br /> (c) Streets, highways, roads or alleys which <br /> are shown on the zoning district maps and which <br /> heretofore have been vacated, or which may be <br /> vacated hereafter, shall be in the same zoning <br /> district as the lots, pieces or parcels abutting <br /> both sides of the street, highway, road or alley <br /> involved. If the lots, pieces or parcels abutting <br /> each side of the street, highway, road or alley <br /> were located in different zoning districts before <br /> the said street or alley was vacated, the <br /> centerline of the said vacated street or alley shall <br /> be the boundary line of the respective zoning <br /> districts. <br /> (d) Where any uncertainty exists as to the <br /> exact location of zoning district boundary lines, <br /> the board of adjustment, upon written <br /> application, shall determine the location of such <br /> boundary lines. <br /> (3) The adoption of the following zoning <br /> petitions, referred to below by zoning petition <br /> number and heretofore adopted by the county <br /> board, are hereby ratified and reaffirmed in all <br /> respects as valid amendments to the Dane <br /> County zoning map: <br /> [continued on page 10-10] <br /> Page 10-9A <br /> rev. 073101 <br />
