<br /> (9) Electronic signs are permitted in the following 10.73 GENERAL SIGN REGULATIONS. (1) The
<br /> zoning districts: A-B Agriculture-Business, B-1 regulations contained in this section shall apply to
<br /> Local Business, C-1 Commercial, C-2 signs in all zoning districts. The regulations set
