<br /> 14.07 STANDARDS FOR MANURE STORAGE 14.11 FEE. (1) The fee for a permit for a
<br /> FACILITIES. The standards for design, manure storage facility shall be$750.
<br /> construction, modification and closure of manure (2) Waiver of permit fee. The permit fee in sub.

<br /> 14.08 STANDARDS FOR MANURE MANAGE- 14.12(1) and (2), and manure management.

<br /> management and utilization of manure are those with sec. 14.12(4) and may result in the permit
<br /> in standard 590. applicant becoming certified to produce and

<br /> facility or significant changes to the size, depth 14.12 MANURE STORAGE FACILITY PLAN
<br /> or configuration of a structure or facility including: REQUIRED. Each application for a permit under
<br /> (a) replacement of a liner in a manure storage this section shall at a minimum include:
<br /> facility; (1) A management assessment that addresses
<br /> (b) a greater than 20% increase in the the storage components, available resources, •
<br /> volumetric capacity or area of a structure; or waste manure disposal schemes and waste
<br /> (c) a change in a structure or facility related to a characterization consistent with Standard 313
