14-5 <br /> i <br /> construction sites regulated under the Wisconsin (7) runoff velocities; <br /> Uniform Dwelling Code ("UDC"); Dane County (8) fertilizer and seeding rates and <br /> shall regulate these sites during the period that recommendations; <br /> residential building permits are in effect under its (9) time schedules for stabilization of ditches <br /> authority pursuant to section 14.60 of the Dane and slopes; <br /> County Ordinances consistent with then-existing (10) plans shall adhere to the following minimum <br /> UDC regulations. Administration need not attempt to regulate soil transportation <br /> and regulation of soil erosion control programs within the boundaries of the applicant's site; <br /> may be done by cities and villages which have (11) description of methods by which sites are to <br /> enacted local ordinances or entered into s. 66.30, be developed; <br /> Wis.
