Are firmly anchored to prevent them from <br /> floating away and restricting bridge openings or other <br /> restricted sections of the stream or river; <br /> 5. Have all service facilities, such as electrical <br /> and heating equipment, at or above the flood <br /> protection elevation for the particular area;and _ <br /> 6. Are not subjected to flood depths greater than <br /> two feet or flood velocities greater than two feet per <br /> second. <br /> (8) Uses not permitted in the flood storage district. <br /> (a) Solid waste disposal sites.
