• ipr • I � Sub. no. 2 to ORDINANCE AMENDMENT 8, 1986-87 AMENDING CHAPTERS 12 AND 75 OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, ADJUSTING FEES FOR CERTAIN SERVICES FROM THE LAND REGULATION DEPARTMENT The County Board of Supervisors of the County of Dane does ordain as follows: I• Unless otherwise expressly stated, all references herein to section, subsection and chapter numbers are to those of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. II. Section 12.03 is amended to read as follows: Section 12.03 SINGLE FAMILY AND DUPLEX RESIDENCES. For construction of new single family and duplex residences the fee shall be $6709 $10.00 plus $0.025 for each square foot of floor area including basements and attached garages. Measurements to be made using outside dimensions. When computed the amount shall be rounded to the nearest dollar. III. Section 12.04 is amended to read as follows: Section 12.04 ALL OTHER BUILDINGS. (1) The feilewing fee sehedulc Is established for all new construction, alterations and additions to existing buildings and buildings used for agricultural purposes that where a permit is required because of locational requirements a of Board of Adjustment pe'mi=r- is Peq ifed, except as provided in Section 12.03:$.4S:-g9., shall be $30.00 plus $1.00 for each $1,000 or fraction thereof of construction costs. (2) Cost of construction shall include the cost of mechanical equipment, but not including the cost of manufacturing or processing equipment or machinery, site preparation, sewage disposal systems, utility lines and landscaping. IV.
