The secondary living area 'may contain a bath and limited kitchen facilities which permit a degree of independence. II. Section 10. 123 (4) (a) is amended to read as follows: (a) Single farni ly dwellings nr !while homes occupied by parents or children of the fatm operator, and including dependency living arrangements. VI. Section 10. 255 (2) (h) 1.' is created to read as follows: 1. In addition to such other conditions as the Committee may impose upon any condi, tional use, in the case of dependency living arrangements, the committee shall require as a condition of approval that the use shall be discontinued at the til that a descendent person ceases to reside in the secondary living area. In no event shall the space so created be .used for general rental purposes. The com- mittee may, if it no d,':;ir.es, require the owner to record deed restrictions im- plementing these additional restrictions and such deed restrictions may be re- quired to run in favor of the County, the town and adjacent landowners.
