NO. 15, 1993-94 <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 10 OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, <br /> REQUIRING TOWN PARTICIPATION FOR CERTAIN NON-FARM USES <br /> IN AGRICULTURAL DISTRICTS <br /> The County Board of Supervisors of the County of Dane does <br /> ordain as follows : <br /> ARTICLE 1. Section 10 . 123 ( 2) (b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended to read as follows : <br /> (b) Residence for a property owner of at least 35 contiguous <br /> acres subject to the following: <br /> 1. The residence and any residential accessory buildings may not <br /> be located on land devoted primarily to agricultural use . (As <br /> determined by the Zoning & Natural Resources Committee) . <br /> 2. The residential use shall not limit the surrounding land ' s <br /> potential for agricultural use. (As determined by the Zoning & <br /> Natural Resources Committee) . <br /> 3 . The residential use shall not conflict with agricultural use <br /> on the land or on other properties . (As determined by the Zoning <br /> & Natural Resources Committee) . <br /> 4. Approval by the affected town board. A town board acting <br /> under this provision shall base its aetien seley en use as its <br /> criteria the adopted town land use plan as approved by the county <br /> board. A disapproval based on ether than an approved taws land <br /> use plan shall be ved- <br /> 5.
