E ARTICLE 8: Existing subsection ( 9 ) of section 10 . 12 is renumbered as sub-subsection (b) of said section for incorporation into new subsection ( 1) created below. ARTICLE 9: Existing subsections ( 1 ) through ( 8 ) of section 10 . 12 are renumbered as subsections ( 2) through ( 9) , respectively, of said section and a new subsection ( 1) is created to read as follows : ( 1 ) (a) The A-1 Agriculture District is generally for agricultural production and related uses . Residences and a variety of other non-farm uses are permitted . The district does not qualify for Farmland Preservation Credit . [EXPLANATION: This amendment creates a statement of purpose for this district . ] ARTICLE 10 : As renumbered, subsection ( 2) (d) of section 10 . 12 is amended to read as follows : (d) Home occupations, as defined in Section Xo/XZo%XX% X 10 . 01 ( 25 ) .
