ARTICLE 17 : Renumbered subsection ( 8) of section 10 . 12 is <br /> amended to read as follows : <br /> ( 8) Rear yard requirements . ro /0xxofgAgygy 3010 yxo Xo,tl(a) Rear yards for residential dwellings and residential <br /> accessory buildings shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence <br /> District . <br /> (b) Accessory buildings, cages, hives, kennels and runs for <br /> housing of animals or insects shall be located at least 100 feet <br /> from a R-1, R-2 , R-3 , R-3A or R-4 Residence District. <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment clarifies what is intended for rear <br /> yard requirements in this district . ] <br /> • <br /> ARTICLE 18: Existing subsection (1) of section 10 . 121 is <br /> renumbered as subsection ( 2) thereof and existing subsections ( 2 ) <br /> through ( 8) of section 10 . 121 are renumbered, respectively, as <br /> subsections ( 4) through ( 10 ) thereof. <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment is to accommodate two new <br /> subsections set forth below. No substantive change is intended. ] <br /> ARTICLE 19 : Subsections ( 1) and ( 3) of section 10 . 121 are <br /> created to read as follows : <br /> ( 1 ) The A-B Agriculture-Business District is designed to provide <br /> for those uses which are commercial in nature; are associated <br /> with local agricultural production; require a rural location due <br /> to extensive land area needs or proximity of resources; and do <br /> not require urban services . <br /> ( 3 ) Conditional uses. (a) Plant genetic laboratories , <br /> agricultural related experimental laboratories; <br /> (b) Dead stock hauling services; <br /> (c) Sales or storage of agricultural by-products; <br /> (d) Stock yards, livestock auction facilities . <br /> [EXPLANATION: Sub. ( 1) is intended to create a statement of <br /> purpose for the A-B Agricultural-Business District . Sub.
