AX accessory buildings ¢a$ may be built on parcels of land in <br /> the A-x2 Agriculture District without the necessity of there <br /> being a residence on the property. <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment specifies what uses are permitted <br /> with respect to accessory buildings . ] <br /> ARTICLE 37 : Existing sub-subsection (h) and ( i ) of renumbered <br /> section 10 . 126 ( 2) are repealed in their entirety and existing <br /> sub-subsection (g) of s . 1'0 . 126 ( 2) is renumbered as sub- <br /> subsection (f) thereof . <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment accommodates the incorporation of <br /> existing sub. (f) into new (e) . The provisions of existing s . <br /> 10 . 126 ( 2) (h) and ( i ) . relate to boarding stables and non- <br /> commercial horse show facilities . They are presently permitted <br /> uses in the A-2 Agriculture District; they will no longer be <br /> permitte.d. ] <br /> ARTICLE 38: As renumbered, section 10 . 126(3) (a) is amended by <br /> deleting all the language after the phrase "mineral extraction" <br /> and adding thereto "operations, asphalt plants-, ready mix <br /> concrete plants . " <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment deletes language now placed <br /> elsewhere in the ordinance and adds the other named activities as <br /> conditional uses in the A-2 Agriculture District . ] <br /> ARTICLE 39 : Section 10 . 126 ( 3) (a)1 . is created to read as <br /> follows : <br /> 1 .
