ARTICLE 46: Sub-subsections (d) and (e) of section 10 . 126 ( 5) are <br /> created to read as follows : <br /> (d) For residential uses the lot width and area shall be the � <br /> same as for the R-1 Residence District . <br /> (e) For other permitted uses, there shall be no minimum width or <br /> area except for those uses for which special setback and sideyard <br /> requirements have been established. <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment clarifies what is intended for !
