ARTICLE 54: Existing sub-subsections (c) through (m) of section <br /> 10 . 255 ( 2) are renumbered as sub-sub <br /> ( ) sub-subsections (d)( ) thr , <br /> (through o <br /> 9 ) <br /> respectively, of said section and a new sub-subsection (c) r,, <br /> thereof is created to read as follows : <br /> (c) The town board of the town wherein a conditional use is <br /> proposed to be located shall be given notice and opportunity to <br /> participate in the conditional use process . The town board may - <br /> review the conditional use permit application and thereafter may <br /> make a finding of consistency or inconsistency with the town land <br /> use plan, if any, as well as suggested conditions for any permit <br /> which it may recommend granting. If its members so desire, the <br /> town board may transmit its findings and recommendations to the <br /> Committee. Findings and recommendations should be stated . in <br /> terms of the standards set forth in sec. 10. 255 (2) (h) , as well as - ; ` <br /> relevant policies contained in the town land use plan.
