<br /> (17) Projecting signs are permitted in the following zoning districts: A-B

<br /> -2 Commercial, LC-1 Limited Commercial, M-1 Industrial.
<br /> (18) Real estate signs are permitted in all zoning districts.
<br /> (19) Subdivision signs are permitted in all zoning districts.
<br /> (20) Wall signs are permitted in the following zoning districts: A-B
<br /> Agriculture-Business, B-1 Local Business, C-1 Commercial, C-2 Commercial, LC-1
<br /> Limited Commercial, M-1 Industrial.
<br /> 10.73 GENERAL SIGN REGULATIONS. (1) The regulations contained in this
<br /> section shall apply to signs in all zoning districts. The regulations set
<br /> forth in this section do not supersede the specific requirements set forth in
<br /> section 10.74
<br /> - (2) "Apartment complex" signs may be installed on-premises for identification
<br /> of an apartment building p=-, • r•u , 41•a ,• - R: or apartment complex. The sign
<br /> may be either a ground or wall sign.
<br /> (3) "Auxiliary signs" may only provide supplemental information such as
<br /> services, price, hours of operation, directions, warning, etc. and may not
<br /> include any other information regarding product lines. The logo or name of
<br /> the related business may be included.
<br /> (4) "Awning signs" are subject to wall sign regulations.
