ORD. AMDT. 17. 1992-93 (CONY.) EFFECTIVE: 11/11/92 [_- <br /> ARTICLE 6. Section 10.123(2)(c) is amended to read as follows: (c) Secondary farm ( <br /> residences which are occupied by a person who, or a family at least one member of which, l_, <br /> earns a majority of his or her gross income from farm operations on the farm. Said <br /> residences shall be subject to the requirements specified in s. 10.123(2)(b). <br /> ARTICLE 7. Section 10.123(3)(b) is amended to read as follows: (b) Single family <br /> dwellings or mobile homes occupied by parents or children of the farm operator, and <br /> including dependency living arrangements. Said residences shall be subject to the <br /> requirements specified in s. 10.123(2)(b). <br /> ARTICLE 8. Section 10.123(3)(f) is amended to read as follows: (f) Limited family ,-1 <br /> businesses. <br /> 1. -Such businesses are subject to the provisions of sec. 10.192. <br /> The operation of any such business shall be limited to the existing farm — <br /> residence or structures or portions of the existing farmstead that are not <br /> dedicated to agricultural use. r <br /> ARTICLE 9. Section 10.123(3)(i) is amended to read as follows: (i) Mineral <br /> extraction operations: <br /> 1. Mineral extraction operations are subject to section 10.191. <br /> • <br /> 2. The mineral extraction site shall be restored to agricultural use on <br /> termination of permit. <br /> ARTICLE 10. Paragraph (g) of s. 10.12(1) is relettered as paragraph (s) of s. <br /> 10.12(3); paragraph (j) of s. 10.123(2) is relettered as paragraph (m) of s. 10.123(3); <br /> and paragraph (f) of s. 10.126(2) is relettered as paragraph (r) of s. 10.126(3). <br /> I <br />
