1 <br /> 10.01 <br /> (11a) Cemetery: shall include but not limited to cemeteries, mausoleums, columbarians, <br /> crematoriums and burial chapels. Shall be subject to Section 157.06 of the <br /> Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> (12) Clinic. An office or building in which dental, veterinary, medical or paramedical <br /> services are provided on an out-patient basis. Such services as laboratory, X-ray <br /> and first aid services may be provided. <br /> (13) Club. An association for some common purpose, but not including a group organized <br /> for or which is actually engaged in rendering a service which is customarily carried <br /> on as a business. <br /> (14) Colony house. A building for the breeding and raising of experimental and <br /> laboratory animals, such as white mice and rats, guinea pigs and the like, and for <br /> the storage of feed and accessory materials. <br /> (15) Committee. The Agricultural Extension and Education, Zoning Planning and Water - <br /> Resources Committee of the Dane County Board of Supervisors or any other committee <br /> of the Dane County Board of Supervisors delegated with the responsibility for zoning <br /> matters under Sections 59.97, 59.971, 87.30 and 144.26 of the Wis. Stats. <br /> (16) Community living arrangements. Community living arrangement means any of the <br /> following facilities licensed or operated, or permitted under the authority of the <br /> Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services. Child welfare agencies under <br /> Section 48.60, Wis. Stats. , group foster homes for children under Section <br /> 48.02(7) (m) , Wis. Stats., and community based residential facilities under Section <br /> 50.01, Wis. Stats., but does not include day care centers, nursing homes, general <br /> hospitals, special hospitals, prisons and jails. <br /> (17) - Condominium. Individual ownership of a structure or a unit in a multi-unit <br /> structure located on a commonly held parcel of land organized under Chapter 703, <br /> Wisconsin Statutes. Buildings in a condominium shall meet the density and <br /> locational requirements of the zoning district in which they are located. <br /> (18) Construction equipment. Shall include but not be limited to tractors, both wheeled <br /> and crawler types, graders, end loaders, scrapers, bulldozers, cranes, back hoes, <br /> drag lines, trucks, including dump, stake body or semi-trailer to-boys of more than <br /> two and one-half (2 - 1/2) ton capacity, "cherry picker" vehicles and air <br /> compressors. Any of the aforementioned equipment that is used in connection with a <br /> farm operation and is not leased or contracted for use on any other property shall <br /> not be considered construction equipment. <br /> (18a) Contiguous. Lots or parcels shall be considered as contiguous for the purposes of <br /> this ordinance if they share a common boundary for a distance of at least 66 feet. <br /> (19) Day care centers. A place or home which provides care for four (4) or more children <br /> under the age of seven (7) years for less than 24 hours a day and is licensed as <br /> provided for in Section 48.65 of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> (20) Drive-in establishment. An establishment of the "drive-in" type is one which <br /> accommodates motor vehicles from which the occupants may obtain or receive the <br /> , service or obtain a product which may be used or consumed in the vehicle on the same <br /> premises or is one which accommodates motor vehicles for the purpose of fueling or <br /> providing minor services for such vehicle. However any restaurant or food <br /> establishment in which facilities are provided for patrons to consume the products <br /> therefrom in a motor vehicle while on the premise of any such establishment which is <br /> primarily designed to allow patrons to consume the product therefrom in a motor <br /> vehicle on the premises shall be considered a drive-in establishment. All such <br /> establishments shall operate pursuant to a conditional use permit secured from the <br /> committee. <br /> (21) Dwelling. <br /> ' (a) Single family dwelling. A building designed for an occupied exclusively as a <br /> residence for one (1) family. <br /> (b) Multiple family dwellings. A building designed or intended to be used by more <br /> than two (2) families living independently for each other. <br /> (c) Duplex family dwelling. A building designed to be occupied by two families <br /> living independently of each other. <br /> • <br /> 4 <br />
