ARTICLE 36: Sub-subsections (e) and ( f ) of renumbered section <br /> 10 . 126 ( 2) are amended to read as follows: <br /> (e) Accessory Buildings. 1. (f) into new (e) . The provisions of existing s. <br /> 10 .126( 2) (h) and ( i) relate to boarding stables and non- <br /> , commercial horse show facilities. They are presently permitted <br /> uses in the A-2 Agriculture District; they will no longer be <br /> permitted. ] <br /> ARTICLE 38: As renumbered, section 10 . 126( 3) (a) is amended by <br /> deleting all the language after the phrase "mineral extraction" <br /> and adding thereto "operations, asphalt plants, ready mix <br /> concrete plants. " <br /> [EXPLANATION: This amendment deletes language now placed <br /> elsewhere in the ordinance and adds the other named activities as <br /> conditional uses in the A-2 Agriculture District. ] <br /> ARTICLE 39: Section 10 .126( 3) (a)1. is created to read as <br /> follows: <br /> 1.
