.1grLe 1411112'34. • • • • Sub. no. 2 . to ORDINANCE AMENDMENT 8, 1986-87 AMENDING CHAPTERS 12 AND 75 OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES, ADJUSTING FEES FOR CERTAIN SERVICES FROM THE LAND REGULATION DEPARTMENT The County Board of Supervisors of the County of Dane does ordain as follows: Unless otherwise expressly stated, all references herein to section, subsection and chapter numbers are to those of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. r � II. Section 12.03 is amended to read as follows: Section 12.03 SINGLE FAMILY AND DUPLEX RESIDENCES. For construction of new single family and duplex residences the fee shall be 0709 $10.00 plus $0.025 for each square foot of floor area including basements and attached garages. Measurements to be made using outside dimensions. When computed - — the amount shall be rounded to the nearest dollar. III.
