ARTICLE 24: Existing sub-subsections (c) through (g) of renumbered section 10 .123 ( 3 ) are renumbered as, respectively, sub-subsections ( f) through ( j ) of said section and new sub- subsections (c) , (d) and (e) thereof are created to read as follows : (c) Secondary farm residences which are occupied by a person who, or a family at least one member of which, earns a substantial part of his or her livelhood from farm operations on the farm. (d) Rental of existing or secondary residences no longer utilized in the operation of the farm. (e) Day care for not more than 8 children. [EXPLANATION: This amendment reflects a change in the • organization of this section and also adds more permitted uses for the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture District. ] ARTICLE 25: Subsection ( 4) (d)l. of renumbered section 10. 123 is renumbered as subsection (4 ) (a) thereof and existing sub- subsections (a) through (d) of renumbered section 10 . 123 ( 3) are renumbered as sub-subsections (b) through (e) , respectively, of said section. [EXPLANATION: This amendment reflects a change in the organization of this section; no substantive change is intended. ] ARTICLE 26: Sub-subsections ( f) through ( j ) of renumbered sec. 10 . 123 (3 ) are created to read as follows: ( f) Limited family businesses subject to sec. 10 .192 . (g) Private schools (h) Horse boarding stables, riding stables, hay and sleigh rides ( i ) Mineral extraction operations. Mineral extraction operations require a description of the operation, a site plan and a reclamation plan and are otherwise subject to section 10 . 19 . ( j ) Sale of agricultural and dairy products not produced on the premises and incidental sale of pop and candy.
