For Single family dwellings the lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence District. <br /> 2. For duplexes the lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-2 Residence District. <br /> (b) For plats and where public sewer is available: <br /> 1. For single family dwellings the lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence District. <br /> 2.
