(a) All uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, except residential uses, <br /> including dwellings, rooming and boarding houses and tourist and trailer camps; provided, however, that <br /> accomodations may be provided for watchmen and caretakers employed on the premises and their families. <br /> (b) Warehouses, without limitation as to size; truck terminals and freight houses. <br /> (c) Fuel and lumber yards; bulk storage plants. <br /> (d) All repair shops and garages, regardless of size or capacity, including repair of trucks and heavy <br /> machinery. <br /> (e) Woodworking and sheet metal plants, machine shops, welding shops and similar uses regardless of size. <br /> (f) Inside or outside storage of contractors' material and equipment, including road building machinery, <br /> cement mixers and similar equipment. <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE C-2 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br /> (a) All conditional uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District except residential <br /> uses including mobile home parks, nursing homes, convalescent homes, extended care facilities, recreational <br /> camps, tourist and trailer camps, camp grounds, motels and hotels except that accomodations may be provided <br /> for watchmen and caretakers employed on the premises. <br /> (b) Stock yards. <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) The maximum height for all other buildings shall be sixty-five (65) feet. <br /> • <br /> (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> (a) Area, frontage, per cent of occupancy and density of population regulations shall,be the same as for <br /> the B-1 Local Business District. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the provisions of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business District. <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> • <br /> (a) Rear yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business District. . <br /> • <br /> • <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.18. <br /> 110.15 M-1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT I <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the 0-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District, except residential uses, <br /> including dwellings, rooming and boarding houses and tourist and trailer camps; provided, however, that <br /> accomodations may be provided for watchmen and caretakers employed on the premises and their families. <br /> (b) Any other legal use except those uses recited as conditional uses in 10.14 (2). <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE 101-1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> (a) All conditional uses permitted in the C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing. <br /> (b) Dumping grounds, sanitary land fill sites, demolition material disposal sites, and incinerator sites. <br /> Shall also comply with Section 60.72 of the Wisconsin Statutes and shall meet the minimum standards as <br /> adopted by the State Department of Natural Resources pursuant to :Sections 144.43 and 144.44 of the Wisconsin <br /> Statutes. <br /> (c) Sewage treatment plants. <br /> (d) Fertilizer manufacturing and processing or mixing plants. -- <br /> (e) Junk and salvage yards. <br /> (f) Uses deemed to be noxious and hazardous such as explosives manufacturing, chemical manufacturing and <br /> processing, but not limited to because of enumeration. <br /> -16- ' • <br />
