SECTION 10.09; 10.10; 10.11 (6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS (a). The minimum rear yard shall be the .game as for the R-1 Residence District. 10.10 . RE-1 RECREA'L'IONAL DISTRICT (1-) USES PERMITTED (a) All uses permitted in the RH-1 District. (b) Boat liveries and. the sale of bait. (c) Ski slides and tobaggan slides: (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT (a) Recreational camps, tourist and trailer camps, camp grounds, concession stands and other facilities necessary to serve the premises. (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT (a) The building height limitations shall be the same as for R-1 Residence District. (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REQUIREMENTS (a) The lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence District. (b) No building, together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of thirty-five (35) per cent of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) per cent of the area of a corner lot. (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the re- quirements of Section 10.17. (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS (a) The minimum side yard. shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence District. (b) For buildings permitted in 10.10 (1) (d), no building shall be located within one hundred fifty (150). feet of a residence district. (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS (a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be. twenty-five (25) feet. (8) OFF STREET PARKING (a) Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Section 10.18. 10.11 B-1 LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (1) USES PERMITTED (a) All uses permitted in. the R-4 Residence District. (b)' All .uses permitted in the RE-1 Recreational District. (c) Rooming Houses and boarding houses. ' (d) Retail and service uses except the following: 1. Bakeries and printing plants, laundries and similar uses employing more than , four (4) persons in productions. 2. Automobile repair shops, automobile wrecking, the selling of used automobile parts, junk 'yards. 3. Coal and lumber yards, contractors storage yards and sheds, and storage of machinery and equipment used in a business not permitted in this district. 4. Warehouses and truck terminals, except warehouses accessory to a retail business conducted on the premises. 5. Woodworking or machine shops, sheet metal'.or tin shops, furnace works or the like.
