• <br /> SECTION 10.18; 10.19 , <br /> (4) Parking Space 'Required: <br /> (a) In the local business, commercial and light manufacturing and industrial districts <br /> in addition to other parking spaces herein required, there shall be _provided adequate <br /> off-street space for the loading and unloading of trucks and other commercial vehicles <br /> and for the vehicles of employed personnel. <br /> (b) Duplexes shall provide two off-street parking spaces; multiple. family dwellings, . <br /> apartment houses and apartment house complexes. shall provide off-street parking <br /> spaces as follows: for efficiency or .one bedroom apartments, one and one-fourth <br /> (1)4) parking spaces per unit; for two or more bedroom apartments, one and one-half <br /> (1Y2) parking spaces per unit; for combinations of' the above the number of parking <br /> . spaces shall be prorated. • <br /> (c) Establishments offering curb service or :services to customers who remain in .the <br /> vehicle, shall provide adequate space to accomodate all vehicles to be so serviced. <br /> (d) Retail or local business places, banks, offices and•professional offices and per- <br /> sonal service shops. shall provide one parking space for each three hundred (300) square <br /> feet of ground floor space, plus .one parking space for each five hundred (500) square <br /> feet of upper floor area. <br /> (e) Buildings combining business and residential uses shall provide one parking <br /> space for each three hundred (300) square feet 'of area devoted to business uses, plus <br /> one parking space for each family for which accomodations are provided. <br /> (f) Theaters, churches, auditoriums,: lodges or fraternity halls and similar places <br /> of public assemblage shall provide one parking space for each seven (7) seats. Outdoor <br /> theaters shall provide sufficient off-street space for overflow parking. <br /> (g) Hotels, lodging houses and dormitories shall provide one parking space for each <br /> three (3) guest rooms. <br /> (h) Restaurants, taverns and the like, except curb service establishments, shall pro- <br /> vide one parking space for each (50) square feet of floor space devoted to the use of <br /> patrons. <br /> (i) Funeral parlors and mortuaries shall provide one parking space for each fifty <br /> (50) square feet of floor space devoted to parlors. <br /> • <br /> (j) Bowling alleys shall provide five (5) parking spaces for each alley. <br /> (k) Garages and service stations shall provide adequate parking space for vehicles <br /> • <br /> waiting to be serviced or repaired. • <br /> 10.19 TOURIST AND TRAIT,FR CAMPS, RECREATIONAL CAMPS AND CAMPGROUNDS <br /> (1) BOUNDARIES AND AREA <br /> (a) When the minimum area or boundary requirements for uses as recited in the title <br /> of this section are not established in this ordinance, or are less restrictive than <br /> the applicable State of Wisconsin Administrative Code, the State of Wisconsin Adminis- <br /> trative Code shall prevail. <br /> (2) LOCATION OF BUILDINGS AND TRAILERS <br /> (a) When the location of. buildings, trailers and other facilities for the uses as <br /> recited in the title of this section are not established by this ordinance or are <br /> less restrictive than the applicable State of Wisconsin Administrative Code, then <br /> the State of Wisconsin Administrative Code .shall prevail. <br /> (3) HEALTH AND SANITARY REGULATIONS <br /> (a) All such facilities shall comply with the State of Wisconsin regulations covering <br /> registration, water supply, toilets, laundry and bathing facilities and the. disposal' <br /> of waste. . <br /> • - 26 - <br />
