(3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) None. <br /> (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> (a) No minimum area or lot width. The total ground floor area of all buildings shall not'exceed eighty (80) <br /> per cent of the area of any interior lot or seventy (70) per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall comply with the provisions of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) On interior lots no side yard required. On corner lots the side yard on the side facing the side street <br /> shall comply with the provisions of Section 10.16 (5)(b). <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be ten (10) feet. <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.18. <br /> 110.155 CO-1 CONSERVANCY DISTRICT 1 <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) Hunting fishing and trapping. <br /> (b) Propagation and raising of game animals, foul and fish. <br /> (c) Sustained yield forestry. <br /> (d) The harvesting of any wild crops such as marsh hay, ferns, moss, berries, tree fruits and tree seeds. <br /> (e) Grazing. <br /> (f) Dams and hydro-electric power stations. <br /> (g) Communication and power transmission lines or towers; other public utility lines or facilities. <br /> (h) If the land is publicly owned, such facilities as the owning or controlling agency shall direct, in- <br /> cluding without limitation because of enumeration, camping, boat landings, sale of bait, boat and motor <br /> • <br /> rental, sale of gasoline for boats, refreshment facilities and the like. <br /> (i) Non-residential buildings or structures accessory to any permitted use. <br /> (j) Residential or housing facilities for persons employed on the premises. <br /> (k) Improvement of water courses and bodies of water. • <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE CO-1 CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br /> (a) If the land is privately owned, those uses enumerated in 10.155 (1)(h). <br /> (3) USES PROHIBITED <br /> (a) If the land is privately owned, any filling of marsh land, removal of top soil or damming of any water <br /> course unless approved by the zoning committee after public hearing. <br /> 110.16 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND EXCEPTIONS 1 <br /> (1) Use <br /> • (a) Any use not listed as a permitted use in a district is prohibited in that district and except as otherwise <br /> e pressly provided, any use listed as a permitted use in any district shall be construed as a prohibited use <br /> in any other district. <br /> (b) The following uses shall be permitted in the districts specified when such uses do not alter the character <br /> of the premises in respect to their use for the purposes permitted in such district: <br /> 1.
