(b) General provisions. <br /> 1. Pens, ,yards, corrals, pastures or any area in which pleasure horses are kept <br /> shall be adequately fenced to prevent the straying on to property other than <br /> that of the owner. <br /> 2. Keep all run off water that is polluted with animal wastes from reaching <br /> adjacent land and usable or public waters by diverting it to a non-critcal <br /> area or pond (lagoon) . <br /> 3. Manure shall not be stored so to create an insect, vermin or odor nusiance <br /> for any adjacent property owner. <br /> 10.10 RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT <br /> (1) PERMITTED USES <br /> (a) Golf courses, golf driving ranges that are not lighted and operate only during <br /> daylight hours. <br /> (b) Boat, canoe and snowmobile rental services. <br /> (c) Sale of bait for fishing. <br /> (d) Ski slopes and jumps, toboggan slides. <br /> (e) Residences for an owner or caretaker of a permitted use in the RE-1 District. <br /> (f) Tennis courts and archery ranges that are not lighted and operate during day- <br /> light hours. Tennis courts, handball courts, racquet ball courts that are <br /> enclosed within a building. <br /> (g) Uses incidental to the operation of any permitted use. <br /> (h) Utility services. <br /> (2) CONDITIONAL USES PERMITTED IN THE RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT <br /> (a) Recreational camps, campgrounds and camping resorts along with the services <br /> and facilities necessary to serve the premises. All such camps shall comply <br /> with the standards established in Chapter H 75 and H 78 of the Wisconsin <br /> Adminstrative Code or as amended. <br /> (b)' Golf courses, and golf driving ranges that are lighted and operate at night. <br /> (c) Outdoor tennis courts and archery ranges that are lighted and operate at night. <br /> (d) Rental of residential buildings to someone other than an employee or caretaker <br /> on the premises. <br /> (e) Sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink. <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) For residential dwellings 2 1/2 stories or 35 feet. <br /> (b) For other buildings and structures, 4 stories or 50 feet. <br /> (4) LOT WIDTH AND AREA <br /> (a) A lot shall be not less than 100 feet in width and shall have an area of not less <br /> than 20,000 square feet. <br /> (5) BUILDING SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way line shall conform to the re- <br /> quirements of Section 10.17. <br /> (6) SIDE YARDS <br /> (a) For single family residences for an owner of caretaker of a permitted or condi- <br /> tional use on the Premise, the minimum side yard shall be not less than 10 feet. <br /> - 15 .- <br />
