- 3 <br /> (3) BUILDING HEIGHT LIMIT <br /> (a) For residential uses the building height shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence <br /> District. <br /> (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS <br /> (a) For agricultural uses the area shall be not less than five (5) acres and the minimum <br /> width shall be two hundred fifty (250) feet, the width to be measured at the location <br /> of accessory farm buildings. <br /> (b) For residential uses the lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence <br /> District. <br /> (c) For other permitted uses, no minimum width or area except for those uses for which <br /> special setback and side yards have been established. <br /> (5) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS. <br /> (a) No building, including barns and other farm buildings of any description whatsoever, <br /> shall hereafter be erected, moved or structurally altered so asto be nearer the high- <br /> . way than is prescribed by Section 10.17. <br /> (6) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For residential uses the minimum side yards shall be the same as for the R-1 Resi- <br /> dence District. <br /> (b) Barns feeding or loading sheds, hog houses, mink pens, dog kennels, bee hives and the <br /> like shall be located no closer than one hundred (100) feet to the property line of ad- <br /> jacent properties, if such adjacent properties are located in a residential district. <br /> (7) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) For residential uses the minimum rear yards shall be.the same as for the R-1 Resi- <br /> dence District. <br /> (8) OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking space shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Section <br /> • 10.18. <br /> EFFECTIVE: August 12, 1978 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br />
