14. Amend ss 10.13 (1) (h) to read as follows: (h) Bakeries, printing plants, laundries, dry cleaning plants. With a maximum of €7000 Square feet of fieer area fer any use. 15. Amend ss 10.13 (1) (i) to read as follows: (i) Distribution centers, wholesale businesses, warehouses. With a maximum of 57000 square feet of flees area Of any use. 16. Amend ss 10.13 (1) (j) to read as follows: (j) Woodworking shops, machine shops, manufacturing and assembly plants. With a maxi- mum of 57900 square feet of fieer area, fer any use. 17. Create a new ss 10.13 (2) (j) to read as follows: (j) Dog and cat boarding kennels, grooming and training facilities. 18. Create a new ss 10.13 (2) (k) to read as follows: (k) Radio, television transmitting towers, microwave towers, community television an- tenna including the buildings or structures necessary for their operation but not including buildings for offices, studios or the like. The Committee may grant the permit if it finds that the tower if it falls will not fall on public road right- of-way or on adjacent property. 19. Renumber ss 10.13 (4) thru (8) to (5) thru (9) . 20. Create a new ss 10.13 (4) and (a) to read as follows: (4) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION DENSITY REGULATIONS (a) Area, frontage and population density regulations shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business District. 21. Repeal ss (a) and (b) of 10.13 (6) and recreate ss (a) to read as follows: (a) Side yard requirements shall be the same as for the B-1 Local Business District. 22. Amend ss 10.14 (1) (f) to read as follows: (f) Repairs, storage and service of contractor's machinery and equipment. 23. Create a new ss 10.14 (1) (o) to read as follows: (o) Storage, repairs and maintenance of carnival, concession and circus machinery and equipment. 24. Create a new ss 10.14 (2) (j) to read as follows: (j) Radio, television transmitting towers, microwave towers, community television an- tenna including the buildings or structures necessary for their operation but not including buildings for offices, studios or the like.
