Amend ss 10.16 (5) (b) 2, to read as follows: <br /> 2. When the long side of a corner lot is formed by a Class D or E highway the setback from <br /> the Lot line of the long side shall be not less than one-fifth of the lot depth measured <br /> from the long side except on lots of less than 60 feet then the setback shall not be less <br /> than 12 feet. For buildings with attached garages facing the long side and having access <br /> to the long side of the lot, the minimum setback of the garage from the lot line shall be <br /> not less than 20 feet. <br /> n. Create a new 10.16 (1) (c) to read as follows: <br /> (a) Storage of parking of motor vehicles. <br /> ],. Trucks, whose gross vehicle weight exceeds ten thousand (10,000) pounds, road tractors <br /> and semi-trailers shall be stored or parked only in the C-2 Commercial and Light Manu- <br /> facturing or M-1 Industrial Districts except if the truck, road tractor or semi-trailer <br /> is used exclusively for the hauling of farm products for hire or contract, such vehicles <br /> can be parked or stored in the A-B Agriculture-Business District. <br /> 6. A motor vehicle that is inoperable or unlicensed is considered as salvage or junk and can <br /> only be stored in a licensed junk or salvage yard. <br /> 7. Trucks licensed on a monthly or quarterly basis shall be considered as currently licensed <br /> if they have been licensed for at least one period during the previous year. <br /> 32. . Renumber ss 10.20 (1) (c) to ss 10.16 (1) (c) 8. <br /> 3, Repeal ss 10.18 (4) (d) to recreate to read as follows: <br /> (d) Retail or local places of business shall provide one (1) parking space for each one hundred <br /> fifty (150) square feet of floor space that is devoted to retail sales. <br /> Banks, office buildngs and clinics shall provide one parking space for each two hundred fifty <br /> (250) square feet of floor area. <br /> 34. Amend ss 10.18 (4) (e) to read as follows: <br /> (e) Buildings combining business and residential uses shall provide one (1) parking space for each <br /> two hundred (200) three-hundred--069} square feet of area devoted to business uses, plus two <br /> (2) parking spaces for each dwelling unit. <br /> 35. Amend ss 10.20 (1) (a) to read as follows: <br /> (a) For purpose of this ordinance, any premises er-buildings used for the storage, gathering <br /> or sale of junk or salvage, as defined by-ss-16781-*68}-aad-1976I-{56}-ef in this chapter, <br /> shall be considered a junk yard. It shall not be necessary that a commercial purpose exist <br /> before a violation of this Chapter can be found. <br /> 36. Amend ss 10.255 (2) (1) to read as follows: <br /> (1) Revocation of a conditional use permit: If the Zoning Committee then finds that the stan- <br /> dards in subsection 10.255 (2) (g) and the conditions stipulated therein are not being com- <br /> plied with, the Committee after a public hearing as provided in 197$6-44} 10.255 (2) (e) (f) <br /> may revoke the conditional use permit. Appeals from the action of the Zoning Committee may <br /> be made as provided in }9726--E?} 10.255 (2) (i) . <br /> 37. Renumber ss 10.25 (3) thru (8) to (4) thru (9) and create a new ss 10.25 (3) to read as follows: <br /> (3) INSPECTIONS OF BUILDINGS TO BE MADE BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR . <br /> (a) The first inspection shall be made when the foundations or basement walls are completed. <br /> The permittee shall have lot corners visibly staked prior to the scheduling of any inspec- <br /> tion.1. <br /> - 3 - <br />
