(f) M-1 Industrial District. 10.73 ON PREMISE SIGNS (1) LOCATION OF SIGNS (a) On premise signs may be attached to the building they are intended to serve. _ (b) Free standing on premise signs shall be located within the required yards of the building it is intended to serve. (c) If the business, service or entertainment is located at a highway intersection the on premise sign shall not be located within the vision clearance triangle. (2) HEIGHT OF SIGN (a) On premise signs shall not exceed the height of any building permitted in the zoning district in which the sign is located. (2) LOCATION OF SIGNS (a) Home occupation signs shall be attached to the residential building in which a home occupation is permitted. Home occupation signs shall not be lighted at night.
