2a-24a <br /> • <br /> ZOA #2691 Effective: July 15, 1981 <br /> ✓Renumber §§10. 126 (1) , (m) and (n) to (h) and (i) <br /> Amend §§10 . 126 (2) (a) 4. to read as follows : <br /> i4. Application for a conditional use permit for a mineral extraction <br /> operation or for a hot mix blacktop mix plant .or ready mixed con- <br /> crete plant, shall be submitted to the committee for a public <br /> hearing and approval. The conditional use permit shall be for a <br /> period of time stated in the application or as modified by the <br /> committee. Modification of the application or reclamation plan <br /> may be permitted or additional conditions may be required upon <br /> application. The committee shall consider the effect of the pro- <br /> posed operation and the proposed reclamation upon existing and <br /> future conditions, including streets , neighboring land develop- <br /> ment, land use drainage, water supply, water pollution, air poll- <br /> ution, soil erosion, natural beauty and land value of the local- <br /> ity. The committee may approve, approve conditionally or reject <br /> the application and reclamation plan. <br />
