2a-32a <br /> ZOA #2691 Effective: July 15, 1981 <br /> Renumber H§10. 16 (1) , (d) to (e) <br /> /Amend §S10 . 16 (1) (d) to read as follows : <br /> (d) Parking of one truck or one road tractor or semi-tractor and its <br /> trailer in excess of 12 ,000 pounds gross vehicle weight is perm- <br /> itted in the residence and agriculture districts subject to th 0 <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1: The vehicle shall be owned or operated by a person resident on <br /> the premises . <br /> 2 . In the residence districts the lot area shall be not less than <br /> one acre. <br /> 3. The vehicle shall not be parked or stored within the required <br /> highway or road setback area. <br /> 4. The vehicle shall not be parked closer than 300 feet to another ' ; <br /> residence. <br /> 5 . No new buildings shall be constructed for the housing of any <br /> afore described vehicle. <br /> 6. Before any truck or semi-tractor or its trailer can be parked <br /> or stored subject to the forgoing conditions , a certificate of <br /> compliance shall be issued by the zoning administrator. <br /> peal §§10 . 16 (1) (b) 3. <br /> Create a new ss 10.16 (1) (f) to read as follows: l` _r —`-/ <br /> (f) Airports that are listed as "Personal by Owner Only" on an application to the Wis- <br /> consin Department of Transportation Bureau of Aeronautics for airport site approval <br /> are permitted to locate in the Agricultural and Rural Homes Districts. All other <br /> airports are subject to the provisions of either ss 10.12 (2) (f) or ss 10.126 (2) <br /> (e) of this ordinance. <br />
