All uses permitted in Residence District "A" <br />- Hoi ght and Area <br />Lot Area: Buildings or parts of buildings heroaftor oroctod or structur- <br />ally altered shall provide a lot area of not less than eight thousand (8000) <br />square foot per family and no such lot shall be less than sixty (60) foot in <br />width. <br />Hei�ht: No building or part of a building shall be more than two and <br />one -half (22) stories or thirty -fivo,(35) foot in height excopt,necessary moch- <br />anical appurtenancos, spiros and ornamontal towers. <br />Side Yards: There shall be a side yard on each side of the building of <br />not less than ten (10) feot. - <br />Setback Lines: See Section IX. <br />SECTION V - AGRICULTURcL DISTRICT REGULATIONS <br />Use <br />In the Agricultural District, no building or promises shall be used and <br />no building shall heroaftor be orected or structurally altered, unloss otherwise <br />provided in'this ordinance, except for one or more of the following uses: <br />1.
