<br />Be it- hereby Resolved, that the Dane County Zoning Ordinance be amended as follows:
<br />SECTION V. Agricultural District Regulations .
<br />10•- .Strike out the word 11and11 before the words "pea vinersr, substitute a comma for the period at the end
<br />of the paragraah, and add the following: #hemp mills, sorghum mills, portable say%, mills and feed mills."

<br />The County Board of Supervisors of Dane County Does ordain as follows:
<br />That Section VII - .Service Districts - Service District nAn be amended by adding the following paragraph
<br />after paragraph 1? ;
<br />1113. Creameries, cheese factories, milk condencuries, dailry products manufacturing plants, hemp mills,
<br />sorghum mills, portable'saw mills and feed mills."
<br />That Section VII - Service Districts - Service District B be amended by adding the following paragraph
<br />after Paragraph 11:
<br />1112. Creameries, cheese factories, milk.condenseries, dairy products manufacturing plants, hemp mills,
<br />sorghum mills, portable saw mills and feed mills,"
<br />This amendment shall take effect upon Passage and publication.

<br />That Section -II of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance entitled "Districts" be amended by adding the
<br />following paragraph:
<br />iiPrivate and public, dumping grounds may be permitted in any Agricultural, Commercial, Service or
<br />Industrial District in areas adaptable to such use. Dumping grounds are defined to be grounds or premises
<br />used for sumping, storage or disposal of rubbish, trash, debris and wasv(rnaterial othir than v. (itabLcor
<br />animal-matter.. An -area adaptable -._to_such_ use._ is_deflned to be an area where adjacent_ property use -will not be
<br />Impaired as the result of the use of said area as a dumping ground. No area within a distance of 750 feet
<br />from the boundary of a Residence District; the boundary of a federal, state or county highway; a building or
<br />accessory building; a well or watering trough, a lake, channel,.stream, creek or natural waterreourse; a public
<br />or Private park, cemetery, amusement grounds, Playgrounds or school grounds shall be deemed adaptable for use
<br />as a dumping grounds. Application for a permit to maintain a dumping grounds shall be made in writing to
<br />the County Clerk who shall charge a fee of $1,00 for each permit granted. Daid permit shall include a
<br />delineation of the area designated as a dumping grounds. At the time of issuance of said permit the County
<br />Clerk shall furnish the applicant with a suitable placard indicating that a permit has been granted and said
<br />Placard shall be posted in a prominent place on the premises involved.' Grhenever an area used as a. dumping
<br />grounds hereunder shall no longer be adaptable to such use herein defined, the permit granted hereunder may
<br />be revoked upon application to the County Clerk by any interested Party. Before revoking such permit the
<br />County Clerk shall notify the occupant and owner of the premises involved and shall make an investigation of
<br />the game. Upon revovation of such permit the occupant of the premises Involved shall cause such dumping
<br />grounds to;be discontinued and shall adequately cover all refuse that shall have accumulated during the period

<br />The county board of supervisors of the county of Dane does ordain as follows:
<br />1.. That there be added to Section III of the Dane County Zoning, Ordinance, Residence District 11A"
<br />Regulations, a new permitted use, to be numbered 15, and reading as follows:
<br />1115. Hospitals and sanatoria, except insane asylums and homes for the needy, provided, however, that'
<br />there be a minimum setback of 75 feet from the front lot line,_a minimum side yard of 75 feet on each. side
<br />of the principal building or buildings, and a minimum distance of 25 feet from the rear line of the principal
<br />building or buildings to the rear lot Line.",
<br />2. That there be added to Section V of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance, Agricultural District-Regula-
<br />tions; a neN permitted use to be numbered 11, and reading as follows:'
<br />1111- Insane asylums and homes for the needy, provided, however, that there shall be a minimum setback
<br />of 100- feet from the front lot line, a minimum side yard of 100 feet'-on eacg side of the Principal building
<br />or buildings, and a. minimum distance of 100 feet from the rear line of the principal bmLilding or buildings
<br />to the rear lot line,"
<br />3. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.
