2. Home occupations in the A -2 Agriculture District shall be <br />subject to the following restrictions: <br />A. The activity shall be limited to existing residential or <br />accessory buildings on the premises and the floor area <br />devoted to the activity shall not exceed 25 percent (25 %) <br />of the living area on the premises. <br />B. Not more than one (1) person who is not resident on the <br />premises can be employed in the activity. <br />C. That before any of the aforementioned activities can <br />commence, a certificate of compliance shall be obtained <br />from the Zoning Administrator. <br />D. Any on- premises sign advertising the presence of any of <br />the foregoing activities shall be limited to 12 square <br />feetand shall not be lighted at night. <br />(e) Accessory buildings including private garages and buildings <br />clearly incidental to a permitted use of the premises. Such <br />buildings shall not be used for residential purposes. <br />(f) A building to be used for the storage of personal property owned <br />by the owner of land, but not for the storage of goods or <br />merchandise considered to be a dealer's inventory or machinery <br />or equipment used off of the premises for other than <br />agricultural purposes. An accessory building can be built on <br />Parcels of land in the A -2 Agriculture District without the <br />necessity of there being a residence on the property. <br />(g) The seasonal storage of recreational equipment and motor <br />vehicles owned by providate individuals other than those <br />resident on the premises, this storage to be in existing <br />accessory farm buildings. The storage of a dealer's inventory <br />or the construction of any new buildings for storage shall be <br />considered a commercial use and subject to the provisions of <br />this chapter. <br />(m) Boarding stables. <br />(n) Horse show facilities but not including commercial shows and <br />rodeos where admission is charged. Shall be subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Adequate off - street parking shall be provided for both <br />participating and audience vehicles. <br />2. Food services, drinking water supplies and toilet facilities <br />shall be approved by the Dane County health Department. <br />(2) CONDITIONAL USES permitted in the A -2 Agriculture District. <br />(a) Mineral extraction. <br />
