For all Class "B" highways, setback lines <br />located parallel to and distant scvolnty -five (75) feet from the center line of <br />the highway are horoby established. <br />In no case shall the sotbaclr li.1os in Class "A" or Class "B" highvgas bo .lo- <br />cated loss than forty -two (.12) foot from the hi hTimy right of way line. <br />Where the location of two or more hizh -nays 'ox d.iffercnt classifications are <br />coincidental, the Greater setback shall apply. <br />SECTION X - NON- CONF'OR1JITG USES: <br />The lawful use'of any buildin% or promises existir_g at the tirio of the adoption <br />of this Ordinance, although such u o does not conforn to the provisions hereof, <br />may be continued, but if such non- con'orr.,in; use is discontnuod, any future use <br />of the said building or rrenises shall be i_� conforr_tity with the provisions of <br />this ordinance. <br />The non-conforming use of a buildi nC or pronizos may be changed to another <br />non- conforninC use of the sane or a hiC;hor classification. Whenever a non - <br />co.2orrzinG use of a building or promises has boon changed to a Toro rostricted <br />use, such use shall not thereafter be changed to a less restricted use. <br />Whenover district boundaries or roCulations shall hereafter be changed, any <br />then existinC non -confo ncdng use in such c'?a z meet c1i,Arict _nay :bo• continued or <br />changed to a' use poriAtted in tho sane district as that it which the existing use <br />is permitted, provided that all other regulations C,ovorinG the now use are com- <br />plied with. <br />Irimodiately after the passaCo and plublication of this ordinance, the County <br />Board of Suporvisors shall cause to be made a record of all non-conforming uses <br />in accordance with subsection sevon (7)'of Section 59.97 of tho Wisconsin <br />statutes as arondod by the laws of 1935. <br />SECTION XI - COIJTLETION A10 RESTORATION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS <br />Nothing; herein contained shall require any cha_ro in the plans, construction <br />or intended use of a buildinL; for which plans have boon prepared heretofore and <br />tho construction of which shall have been diligently prosecuted within one (1) <br />month after the date of passato of this ordinance, and the ground story f ranowork <br />of which, including the second tier of bcaz_is, shall have beer_ completed within <br />six (6) months after the date of passage of this orclinauce. <br />NothinC heroin contained shall prevent the restoration of a building destrvyod <br />by fire, explosion, act of God or act of the public enomy subsequent to the <br />passaCo of this ordinance; except that a nor.- confcrrling use so destroyed, to the <br />extent of fifty _(50/) percent or r.?ore of its assossec; valuation ; according to the <br />assessment for the fiscal year in ti'vhich such destructiol,49ccurs, shall, from and <br />after the date of such destruction, conform to all of the ror.-ulations of the <br />district in which it is located. <br />SECTION XII - BOUIMIRIES OF DISTRICTS <br />In unsubdivided property, unless othonviso indicated on the map, the district <br />boundary lines are the contor lines of stroots, highways, railroads, soction lines <br />or quarter section lines or such linos extended. Micro district boundary lines <br />are indicated as adjacent and parallel or approxi:A_ toly parallel to street, high- <br />way or railroad lines, such district boundary lines shall be assumed to be not <br />less than three hundred" (300) foot from the nearest right -of -way line measured <br />at right angles to such right -of -bray line. <br />Where iuzccrtainty exists with respoct to the boundaries of the various districts <br />shown on the zaap .aceozapanyinC and ?:male a part of this ordinance, such bouundaries <br />shall be determined by the use of the scale contained on such map. <br />-r)- <br />
