Section 10.10 RE-1 Recreational District <br /> Section 10.11 B=1 Local Business District <br /> (3) Area, Frontage and Population Density Requirements: <br /> (a) For single family and multiple family dwellings and apartment houses the minimum lot <br /> width and area shall comply with the requirements of the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (b) For uses designated in subsection (1Xe) hereof the lot area shall be increased by five <br /> hundred (500) square feet for each person for whom accomodations are provided outside of <br /> members of the family and employees of the owner or occupant. <br /> (c) For summer cottages the minimum lot width shall be fifty (50) feet and the minimum lot <br /> area shall be five thousand (5,000) square feet. More than one summer cottage may be placed on - <br /> a single parcel of land provided that the aggregate area is not less than five thousand (5,000) <br /> square feet for each cottage. <br /> (d) No building, together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess of thirty-five <br /> (35) per cent of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br /> (4) Setback Requirements: <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the requirements of <br /> Section 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements. <br /> (a) There shall be a side yard on each side of the building or buildings of not less than ten <br /> (10) feet; provided, however, that for uses designated in subsection (1)(e) hereof there shall be <br /> an additional side yard of one (1) foot for each person for whom accomodations are provided out- <br /> side of members of the family and employees of the owner or 9ccupant. <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet! <br /> (7) Off-street Parking <br /> (a) Off-street parkiing shall be provided as required by Section 10.18. <br /> 10.11 B-1 LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> (1) Uses Permitted: <br /> (a) All uses permritted in the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (h) Pooming houses, boarding houses and motels. <br /> (c) Retail business and service uses except the following: <br /> 1. Bakeries, printing plants, laundries and similar uses employing more than four (4) persons <br /> in production. <br /> 2. Automobile repair shops; automobile wrecking; the selling of used automobile parts, junk <br /> yards. <br /> 80 <br />
