Districts Section 10.02
<br /> Town of Albion • Section 10.03 (1)
<br /> Section 3. Sections II and XII of the ordinance of July.20, 1938, the title to which is recited
<br /> in the title to this ordinance, are hereby repealed.
<br /> Section 4. Two (2) new sections of the ordinance hereinabove entitled Chapter 10, Dane
<br /> County Ordinances, are created, to be known as Sections 10.02 and 10.03 to read as follows:
<br /> 10.02 DISTRICTS
<br /> (1) Creation: For the purpose of promoting the public health, safety and general welfare, by
<br /> regulating, restricting and determining the location of trades and industries and the location,
<br /> height, bulk and number of stories, the size of buildings and other structures, and percentage of
<br /> lot which may be occupied, the size of yards and other open spaces, the density of population,
<br /> the location of buildings designed for specific purposes, and of establishing districts of such
<br /> number, shape and area as are best suited to carry out the purposes of Section 59.97, Wisconsin
<br /> Statutes, Dane County, outside the limits of incorporated villages and cities, is hereby divided
<br /> into districts, as follows:
<br /> (a) it-1 Residence District
<br /> (b) R-2 Residence District
<br /> (c) R-3 Residence District
<br /> (d) R-4 Residence District
<br /> (e) RH-1 Rural Homes District
<br /> (f) RE- 1 Recreational District
<br /> (g) B-1 Local Business District
<br /> (i) A-1 Agricultural District
<br /> (j) C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District
<br /> (k) C-2 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District
<br /> (m) M-1 Industrial District
<br /> (p) CO-1 Conservancy District
<br /> 10.03 DISTRICT LOCATION AND BOUNDARIES
<br /> The location and boundaries of such districts for each of the towns in Dane County, onside
<br /> the limits of incorporated villages and cities, are,hereby designated as:follows:
<br /> ;l) TOWN OF ALBION
<br /> (b) R-2 Residenceâ– district
<br /> 1. Lots 1, 5, 7, 10, 11' 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 23A, 24, 28, 29, 30, 35, 36, 37,
<br /> 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 56, 57, 58 and 59 and the east 220 feet of'Lots 3' 4 and 9,
<br /> Assessor's Plat of the Village of Albion.
<br /> (c) R-3 Residence District
<br /> 1. Edgerton Beach Park, except Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, Block 8 and Lots 1 to 8, inclusive,
<br /> Block 9.
<br /> 2. Hickory Hills Estates; First, Second and Third Additions to Highwood Estates; Indian
<br /> Heights and the unplatted portion of the S%2 NE%, Section 36 except that parcel described in
<br /> subdivision 3 of Section 10.03 (1)(f) hereof.
