A part of the S% SWIA, Section 12 described as follows: beginning at a point on the south- westerly right of way line of Highway 151 which is N 42° E 907.1 feet from the south section line; thence S 48° E 389 feet; thence S 42° W to the south section line; thence east along said line to the east line of the SEA/ SW%; thence north along said east line to the north line of the SE 1/4 SW%; thence west along said line to the southeasterly right of way line of Highway 151; thence southwesterly alongsaid line to the point of beginnin. 9. A part of the W1/2 NE/, Section 12 described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the east line of Thompson Road and the north section line; then ce east on said north line 264 feet; thence southerly on a line paradel to the east line of said Thompson Road and distant 264 feet therefrom to the northwesterly line of I-Iighway 151; thence southwesterly and northwesterly along said right of way to the east line of.Thompson Road; thence northerly along said line to the point of beginning. 10.
