rRbl-1 Rural'biomes District Section 10.09 <br /> RE-1 Recreational District Section 10.10 <br /> 1 lot or building site shall have a width of less than seventy-five (75) feet or an area of less than <br /> five thousand (5,000) square feet per unit. <br /> (b) For areas where public sewer is available: <br /> 1. For single family dwellings or duplexes the minimum lot width shall be seventy-five (75) <br /> feet and the minimum area shall be ten thousand (10,000) square feet. <br /> 2. For multiple family dwellings and apartments the minimum lot width shall be seventy-five <br /> (75) feet and the minimum area shall be five thousand (5,000) square feet per unit. <br /> (4) Setback Requirements: <br /> (a) 'etback from front lot line or highway right of way shall conform to the requirements of <br /> Section 10.17. <br /> (5) Side Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) The minimum side yards shall be the same as for the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (6) Rear Yard Requirements: <br /> (a) The minimum rear yard shall be thirty-five (35) feet; provided that for buildings exceeding <br /> two and one-half (21/2) stories in height the rear yard shall be increased by ten (10) feet for each <br /> full story over two (2) stories.. <br /> (7) Off-street Parking Regulations: <br /> (a) Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Section 10.18. <br /> 10.10 RE-1 RECREATIONAL DISTRICT <br /> t (1) Uses Permitted: <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (b) Boat liveries; sale of bait. <br /> (Ks Recreational camps, amusement parks, camping sites, ski slides, toboggan slides, <br /> recreational facilities. <br /> I (d) Tourist and trailer camps; provided, however, that the zoning committee, after public <br /> I hearing, shall determine that the proposed site is suitable for such purpose. <br /> (e) Rooming houses, boarding houses, hotels and summer cottages. <br /> (f) Signs to advertise permitted uses, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.05 (1)(k); <br /> directory signs. <br /> (2) Building sleight Limit: <br /> (a) Building height limit shall be the same as for the R-4 Residence District. <br /> i <br /> 79 <br />
