SECTION 10.10; 10.11 <br /> (3) AREA, FRONTAGE AND POPULATION UENE ITY REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The lot width and area shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence 'District. <br /> (b) No building, together with its accessory buildings, shall occupy in excess <br /> of thirty-five (35) per cent of the area of an interior lot or forty (40) <br /> per cent of the area of a corner lot. <br /> (4) SETBACK REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) Setback from front lot line or highway right-of-way shall conform to the <br /> requirements of Section 10.17. <br /> (5) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> (a) The minimum side yard shall be the same as for the R-3 Residence District. <br /> (b) For buildings permitted. in 10.10 (1) (d), no building shall be located <br /> within one hundred .fifty (150) feet of a residence district. <br /> (6) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS <br /> - (a) The minimum depth of any. rear yard shall be twenty-five (25) feet. <br /> (7) OFF STREET PARKING <br /> (a) Off-street parking shall be provided as required by Section 10.18. <br /> 10.11 B-1 LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> (1) USES PERMITTED <br /> (a) All uses permitted in the R-4 Residence District. <br /> (b) All uses permitted in 10.10 (1) (b) (c) (d). <br /> (c) Rooming Houses and boarding houses. <br /> (d) Retail and service uses except the following: <br /> 1. Bakeries and printing plants, laundries and similar uses employing more <br /> than four (4) persons in productions. <br /> 2. Automobile repair shops, automobile wrecking, the selling of used auto- <br /> mobile parts, junk yards. <br /> 3. Coal and lumber yards, contractors storage yards and sheds, and storage <br /> of machinery and equipment used in a business not permitted in this <br /> district. <br /> 4. Warehouses and truck terminals, except warehouses accessory to a retail <br /> - 17 . <br />
