SECTION 10.12 <br /> (e) Municipal buildings, community buildings but not including buildings for <br /> the storage or repair of trucks, road building machinery or equipment. <br /> Public libraries, museums, schools, universities and colleges but- not in- <br /> cluding music, dancing, trade or vocational schools which are privately <br /> operated. Publicly owned golf courses, tennis courts, archery ranges, <br /> swimming pools and parks. <br /> (f) Home occupations. <br /> (g) Accessory buildings including private garages and buildings clearly inci- <br /> dental to a permitted use of the premises. Such buildings shall not be used <br /> for residential purposes. <br /> (2) PERMITTED USES VThiICH ARE SUBJECT TO PROVISIONS OF 10.25 (4) APPLICATION FOR AP- <br /> PROVAL OF SITE. <br /> (a) Radio, television transmitting towers, microwave towers, community antenna <br /> television towers including the buildings or structures necessary for their <br /> operation but not including buildings for offices, studios or the like. The <br /> parcel of land shall be of a size large enough_to insure that if a tower should <br /> fall it will not fall on adjacent property or on the tight of way of a public <br /> road. <br /> (b) Privately operated golf courses but not including the miniature or par-3 kind <br /> that customarily operate after the hours of darkness, tennis courts, archery <br /> ranges, riding stables or clubs, tourist and trailer camps, camping grounds and <br /> recreational camps together with the accessory buildings and facilities.. <br /> (c) Hospitals, nursing homes, convalescent homes, extended care facilities, sani- <br /> tariums and orphanges provided such buildings shall be located not less than <br /> 50 feet from any lot in a residence district. <br /> (d) Private clubs, fraternities and associations provided such facilities are open <br /> to members only and do not provide a service which would normally be provided <br /> as a business also provided that such buildings be located not less than 100 <br /> feet from any lot in a residence district. - <br /> (e) Dumping grounds, sanitary land fill sites and incinerator sites. Shall also <br /> comply with Section 60.72 of the Wisconsin Statutes and shall meet the minimum <br /> standards as adopted by the State Department of Natural Resources pursuant to <br /> Sections 144.43 and 144.44 of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> (f) Cemeteries, crematoriums and columbarians when they comply with the provisions - <br /> of Section 157.06 of the Wisconsin Statutes. <br /> (g) Commercially operated airports, landing strips or landing fields together with <br /> accessory structures. <br /> - 20 - <br />
