SECTION 10.12; 10.13 (7) SIDE YARD REQUIREMENTS (a) For residential uses the minimum side yards shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. (b) Barns, feeding or loafing sheds, hog houses,. mink pens, dog kennels, bee hives and the like shall be located no closer than one hundred (100) feet to the property line of adjacent properties, if such adjacent properties are located in a residential district. (8) REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS (a) For residential uses the minimum rear yards shall be the same as for the R-1 Residence District. (9) OFF-STREET PARKING (a) . Off-street parking space shall be proveded in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.18. 10.13 C-1 COMMERCIAL AND LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT (1) USES PERMITTED (a) All uses permitted in the B-1 Local Business District. (b) Wholesale business, including warehouses haveing a ground floor area not in excess of twenty thousand (20,000) square feet, but not including junk yards or the sale or storage of salvage material. (c) Bakeries, printing plants, laundries, cleaning and dying plants, mechanical repair shops, including garages having a capacity of not more than ten (10) cars for repair, bottling plants, experimental and manufacturing labor- atories and the like. (d) Woodworking plants, plants for the fabrication. of sheet metal products, welding shops and the like employing not more than seven (7) persons in production. (e) Any processing or treatment clearly, incidental to the conduct of a permit- ted business or use. (f) Amusement places including shooting galeries, go-cart driving courses, kiddie rides and similar amusement concessions:subject to the provision of 10.25 (ti), Application for Approval of Site. (g) Slaughter houses subject to the provisions of 10.25 (4), Application for Approval of Site, when the site is approved by the. State Board of Health. - 23 -
