All lands not otherwise herein classified. (j) C-1 Commercial and Light Manufacturing District. 1. That part of the NE% SE'/., Section 9 lying between Highwa.y 18 and the C & NW R.R. 2. A part of the NE'' SE'44, Section 9 described as follows: beginning at a point in the center-line of Highway 18-151 which is west 196 feet from the east section line; thence west along said center line 200 feet; thence north 330 feet; thence east 200 feet; thence south 330 feet to the point of beginning. Part of the NE'/4 NE'/4, Section 7 in'the Village of Blue Mounds and part of the SE'/ NE'/4, Section 7, Town of Blue Mounds, described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the east line of said section and the center line of Higway 18; thence southwesterly along and upon said center line 464 feet to the point of begin- ning of this description; thence south 261 feet; thence west 372.5 feet; thence north 328.9 feet to the center line of the above mentioned higbway;, thence southeasterly a- long the center line of said highway 378 feet to the point of beginning, excepting that part thereof which is located in the NE''% NE'/4 of said Section 7,being in the Vil- lage of Blue 'Mounds. 2. A parcel consisting of part of the SE'/4 SE'/, Section 10 and the NE'/4 NE'/4, Section 15, described as follows: beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of Highway 78 and the southerly line of the C & NW R.R. right of way; thence south along the west line of Highway 78 to a point which is 52 feet south of the north line of Section 15; thence west 208.9 feet, thence north to the southerly line of the rail- road;. thence easterly along s, id line to the point of beginning. 3.
