A part of the E1/2 11''/z SW'/4, Section 32 described as follows: beginning at a point on the west line of the said E'/z W1/z •SW"/4 which is north 883.3 feet from the south line of Section 32, said point being in the center line of Coolidge Street extended east- erly; thence north on said west line to its intersection with the easterly extension of the center line of Roth Street; thence east 660 feet more or less to the east line of the said E1/2 W'/z S111/4; thence south along said east line to its intersection with the center line of Starkweather Drainage Ditch; thence southwesterly along said center line to its intersection with the easterly extension of the center line of Coolidge Street; thence west along said line to point of beginning; also that'Part-of'Outlot 32, Assessor' s Plat No. 1 lying westerly of Starkweather Drainage Ditch. 3. A part of Outlets 54 and 55, Assessor' s Plat No. 1, described as follows: be- ginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 4, Brigham' s Fair Oaks Addition; thence north along the west line of said Block 4 262.5 feet to a corner of Lot 6, Block 4; thence N 45° .32' W to the southeasterly line of East Washington Avenue; thence southwesterly along said line to the north corner of Outlot 55; thence south- easterly at right angles 115.'5 feet; thence southwesterly on a line parallel to the southeasterly line of East Washington Avenue 160 feet; thence northwesterly on a line parallel to the northeasterly line of said outlot 115.5 feet to the southeasterly line of East Washington Avenue; thence southwesterly along said line to its intersection with the northerly line of Lexington Avenue; thence easterly along the northerly line of Lexington Avenue to a point which is west 495 feet from its intersection with the west line of Fair Oaks Avenue; thence north 135 feet; thence east 120 feet; thence N 61° 52' E 135.5 feet; thence east 120 feet more or less to the point of beginning. 4.
