A part of the 'SW'/4 NE1/4, Section 35 ch scribed as follows: beginning at a point on the east_line of Highway 13-14 which is 627. 9 feet north of the south line of the said SW1/4 NE1/4; thence north along said east line to the south line of Buick Street; thence east to the east line of.the C & NW R.R.; thence south; west and south along said line to a point which is 627.9 feet north of the south line of the SW1/4 NE1/4; thence west to the point of beginning; also the south half of the vacated portion of Buick Street. 13.
