<br /> Section 4. Two (2) new sections of the ordinance hereinabove'entitled Chapter 10,
<br /> Dane County Ordinances, are created, to be- known as Sections 10.02 and 10.03 to'read

<br /> 10. 02 DISTRICTS.
<br /> (1) Creation: For the purpose of promoting the public-health,wsafety,and„general
<br /> welfare, -by-regulating, restricting and determining the location of tradestand indus-
<br /> tries and•the locationpeigit, :bulk and'number of stories, the size of buildings, and
<br /> other structures, and percentage of lot which may be-occupied, the 'size of yards, and
<br /> other open spaces, the density and distribution of population, the location of build-
